RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All returns must be made within 365 days of the date of purchase and can be refunded, exchanged, or receive store credit. To initiate a return, customers must complete the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form available through customer service via phone, email, or chat.

Unfortunately, we do not support products return processing from international purchases at this time. Once that policy is subject to a change, we will update it here.

EXCEPTIONS

Returns received without a valid RMA and label may not be accepted and therefore the customer waives their right to a refund, store credit or exchange.
